Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a Sexy Living issued RA#.

Please contact us at info@sexyliving.com for authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Defective goods will be replaced or given account credit.

Sexy Living is unable to accept returns for the following reasons but not limited to;

• Used merchandise will not be eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.
• Damaged packaging
• Articles of clothing, lingerie, latex accessories or costumes
• Testers, or display models
• Any product that is missing components, accessories, or any other piece included in original condition
• Products which are not in the manufacturer’s original packaging
• Items with an expiration date such as personal lubricants and other topicals, contraceptives, and edible items.
